Aw I have done that to Poppy before too
I picked her up and sat her on my knee for a cuddle, but she was in a really hyper mood and was wriggling a bit.. I thought she was just excited so I didnt put her back on the floor and she did a pee on the chair
She went all quiet after that poor thing.. it was my fault of course and I felt so bad.
Now as soon as she wriggles its outside!
