Ok, since I noticed we can post off topic stuff , here goes. I am currently trying to lose weight. I currently weigh around 197, I need to be at least 160 lbs. to feel good about myself, I am around 5'9; I have no motivation what so ever as to working out, etc. Can anyone tell me are there any weight loss support groups, kinda made up like yorkie talk? Where people post and stuff? Thanks!
