Bonnie, I think you, Brenda, and Bo are saints. What you did could never have been done if you had to deal with bureaucracy. Thank heavens you did not (until the end). I am puzzled though why the woman who red flagged you in the beginning was not more involved since she obviously lives in that small town. I would help but i am located in the SW.
I had a friend who was scammed and lost a lot of $$$ so since I have less than he does, I am hesitant, but I do admire your energy, your enthusiasm and your everlasting love for our beloved dogs.
