Thanks for the advice. I will try to find out all I can about this woman. I would say breeder, but I think we all know that is not the case here. I am going by my Vet's office tomorrow to see if they can point me in the right direction. I would think that this is in the same category as neglect.
In the meantime, I have printed as much info as I can about LS, and I am giving it to my friend to distribute to this woman. Hopefully, some good literature will help change her mind. I know it is a long shot, but I do feel like I need to try.
