I'm sorry for your loss, my heart goes out to you! Our Bella was also a rescue and she had bad dental though I don't believe she was ever abused...more of a neglect
. Can I ask how you know it was a heart attack? I don't mean to sound insensitive I'm just wondering if he had a history of a poor heart.
I hope you find peace in the fact that he did escape the abuse and was loved by you, I'm sure he was happy and knew he was loved
. My husband always tells me that no matter how long we are able to have Bella at least she found her happy life with us and knew what it was like to be really loved...I'm sure that's how your playdoh lived out his final days.
