I totally agree. While I am not a PETA person they have been one organization that has gone after many of the animal abuses in the world. You also need to know that the Humane Society of America, Best Friends of Utah and Doris Day's Animal Rescue is fully supporting this bill to name a few.
I will tell you I have a lot of questions regarding this bill but hopefully calmer heads will prevail with some of the interpretations of the bill.
