Here is my little Chloe wearing a tutu dress that I made for her. The first one is a cell phone picture so it did not turn out very well. As you can see she needs a haircut but I wanted to make sure the dress fit her. I have a cell phone video of her chasing Roscoe around barking at him, very lady like.
