Since your baby is so young, you need to monitor him for hypoglycemia attacks. Know the signs & know what to do in case of an attack. Your puppy needs lots of rest, so resting frequently doesn't always mean he's hypoglycemic or that something else is wrong. But you should monitor him closely to observe any changes in behavior & to make sure he's eating enough.
