I was wondering the same things. Eli is 14 weeks old, and he is late with his shots. He's getting his third round in a week, so two weeks after that, when he is cleared to go outside, he will be 17 weeks old. I'm just really worried that I will have missed socialization windows by then. I live in NYC, so it's (obviously) loud and busy outside. I started walking him around outside in his carrier, and he cries. He sticks his head out and is really curious, so he's not hiding, but he cries. Is he still young enough that he'll get over it? Because if he's crying in his carrier, I don't know what he'll do when it's time to walk on a leash outside. Sorry for the babbling
