I'd be cautious with that as well. One thing about taking them to the petstore is they always get attention...many people will want to pet her, etc. So you risk contamination that way as well. Personally, if you are going to carry your baby, not put her down at all (even on the grass outside where other dogs do their business), & you aren't afraid to tell anyone who approaches "no, you can't pet my dog...she isn't fully vaccinated yet" then a quick trip to the petstore probably would be fine. But in all honesty, I'd just wait. I'm overly protective, though.
