There is nothing anyone can do but a vet. Is there an emergency vet close? He was right that it is probably a uti or stones. Have you seen a pinkish stain, like blood, if she has used a pad? I wish there was something we could do to help you, but a vet is what she needs. I'm so sorry. She's very young to have this, but I suppose age has nothing to do with it. Let us know what happens with the vet. She really should have gone to the vet yesterday and it might have saved her some discomfort.
