My girlfriends boxer does this too, it can be socially crippling! At one point she would not even visit the dog park cause her girl would eat everyone elses poop! It was actually funny to watch, she would follow other dogs around waiting for them to go! It was so bad she did not want to show her face at the park.. Some owners would tease her and ask is she kisses her dog after that? and she was beside herself!
She finally found a powder that you sprinkle on their food that makes their poop taste aweful... it worked! But she will still eat other dogs poop.... Not a great solution for her but it fixed half of the problem.
Not sure what the powder is called....... anyone????
