Umm just a thought. Are you on HRT hormone replacement therapy, particularly if it is delivered through a cream supplement?
My Zoey will stay swollen in her vulva for at least 7=10 days after "heat" ie after 21 days.
And once they've gone into heat once the vulva will not go down to the same size prior to their first heat.
