hi which should i use a collar or harness,,, im not even sure if 12 weeks old is to young for it.. i put a collor on jessy and she acts all quite now.. i only have her 2 days so wen i say quiter ,,,i mean quiter from yesyerday lol .. will she just get over it ? is she 2 young to bring on a small walk ?
