She sounds like a Yorkie pup to me.
I called my pup "Crazy Calleigh" for almost a year. She was into every thing and loved to bite as well. I managed to stop her from doing much biting after she was done teething. I'm sure your baby is just acting like a normal puppy. Calleigh would gets spirts of energy and run like a maniac in circles. She finally did calm down at about 1 1/2. She still gets the spirts of energy at times especially when she sees her friend who is another Yorkie. When she sees her, she is Crazy Calleigh all over again. I compare having a puppy to having a "hyperactive child". Hang in there, it will get better.
