Default Confused why he's going potty inside NOW

We have a 5 1/2 month old Male yorkie who we successfully trained to the TellBell at 4 months. We have had no accidents in over a month and it has been wonderful - the only issue we had was he wanted to ring hte bell too much This past week he has started to pee and poop on the linoleum by our front door. At first he did it after we left him home alone for a bit so we figured he couldn't hold it but now at night (we caved and let him sleep in bed most nights) he has started getting out of bed and going potty inside. Again we wrote this off to he couldn't hold it.. however tonight he went poop inside when we were both home without even trying the bell first! We are so confused! we had him 100% potty trained even in someone else's home and suddenly he's thinking it's ok to go inside. His poop wasn't diarrhea or runny so it wasn't like he was having an emergency. We aren't sure if we should put him back in the crate at night and when we're not home, take away his water after a certain time, or what to do. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!
