to be honest i'd personally advise a quick trip to the vet unless you already have gone. i'd want to rule out conjunctivitis or other eye infections they can sometimes get. Bentley had one when we first got him and they gave us eye drops for him. is it clear or is it yellow or green?? i'd sure at least rule that out before going further.
if you rule out it's not an infection, i use these little pads for removing tear stains. it's like a noxema acne pad only it's got stuff for tear stains on it. they had them at petsmart when we got Sadie. works great with a little wipe up and a quick brush with a mustache comb. |
