my scrappydoo is the same way sometimes he uses his wee wee pads and other times he dosent ,hes 15 months old every now and then i catch him to start to lift his leg i yell at him and take him to his pad ,so now when i leave im back to gating him in the kitchen ,they are hard to house break but i love him anyways .
