To the OP, you might want to try some of the rescues/shelters like others have suggested if you can't afford a puppy from a breeder. I would also suggest that you have someone available to be with your Yorkie when you are at school or work. I am lucky because my Mom watches Lulu when I am at work. I probably wouldn't be able to have Lulu otherwise.
I absolutely agree with everything you have said. Did not mean to go against you. I apologize if you misunderstood my statement. Of course, quality is what is important.
