She is right in as much as fibro doesn't just affect joints...pain is all over. In a flare the entire body hurts. Sometime it hurts just to be touched (the skin hurts) It is a problem with how the nerves transmit pain signals, so it isn't just the joints.
That is really intersting. I looks like hypermobility falls within Ehlers Danlos. I am not as flexible as the images show, so perhaps it is a more mild form. I am seeing a rheumatologist so hopefully I will have an answer in the next month or so!
