I have fibro which is not going to show up in blood tests. It's a nasty syndrome which mimics alot of other things. If you are double jointed, I think maybe they should be looking at Ehlers Danlos instead. That is a connective tissue disorder that causes alot of problems but is less well known. You can google it. I think you will be surprised.

She is right in as much as fibro doesn't just affect joints...pain is all over. In a flare the entire body hurts. Sometime it hurts just to be touched (the skin hurts) It is a problem with how the nerves transmit pain signals, so it isn't just the joints.
