Your pup is just a baby. Don't expect miracles at this point, just be consistent. Training doesn't happen overnight. He's teething, growing, everything hurts him right now and has a short attention span. Why would you remove all his bedding? His crate is much to small, it should be a haven for him. I never withhold water during the night. Try to confine him to an x-pen put his little crate there, with the door open or removed, a pee pad, toys, water and food.
