My 13-week-old Morkie pees and poops in his crate. It's very small (just enough room to stand and turn around), and I've removed all bedding. This morning he had some water at 8:00, then I took him out at 8:15 (no pee), 8:30 (no pee), and 8:45 (no pee). At 8:50 he peed in the crate, with me sitting 5 feet away. Do you think he's not ready for crate-training?
