Pretty much take the clicker & "load it" by click & treat .... around 25 times. I used kibble for this. Then say "Abri" and wait for her to look at you ... the moment she does ... CLICK! after about 20-25 times (avg Yorkie takes 22 times to learn a trick) they go "oh you say my name I get a treat ... i like it!" and they will always look at you when you say their name!

well wpudnt tht be like teaching her, ABRI = TREAT ?? because EVERYTIME i wanna use her name it will be to get her attention, not always going to give her a treat??? i mean,, will she think abri means treat or will she think abri is her name???? idk ?
