While it's easy to contribute Rosie's aggressiveness to Julie as a result of her early environment that simply may not be the case. There are many females who are aggressive to other females in the home. In the wild only the alpha female is allowed to breed and she will fight to retain her status. She views Julie as a weak dog. When you have several dogs in the household...a pack mentality does take place. Unfortunately what sometimes happens...once one dog attacks another...the others sometimes join in.

Personally I think Rosie should be re-homed into a single dog home without young children.
