I think with the websites showing really young pups with bows they could well be taped in for show.
My Poppy will be 13 weeks old tomorrow and is fluffy but the hair is not long enough for a bow yet.
You can get bows which are attached to clips which would be easier to put in a pup with shorter hair, I have a few but she pulls them out LOL
