Sophie Kate did the same thing for two days, refused. to sleep in the bed with me. After much drama on my part which included me saying to her "after all I do for you this is breaking my heart" she decided to rejoin me in the bed. I think it is just them showing their independence.
It may be because you hit her by mistake, I have done that also and I remember the first time Sophie Kate looked at me like what heck is wrong with you and walking away. Give her time she will come back around, keep offering her love and cuddles.
