Poppy was the same.. when I first brought her home she was AMAZING with her potty pads, then after a couple of weeks she started to ignore them.
Just be patient and she will learn, Poppy ignored them for a week or so and now shes back to going on them 90% of the time... we have now started to take her outside every hour for potty so she dosnt go inside much anymore.
Also I would recommend training treats... I give Poppy lots of praise but have learned that shes a little porker and will do just about anything for a treat
