I'm not sure they understand accidents. The other day, I got off the couch, and a cushion fell over on top of Thor. I can't imagine how this would hurt him at all, but he actually screamed, and he acted very scared of me for an hour or so. I know it feels terrible. That being said, the way to a dog's heart is through its stomach. Lie on the floor and feed her a little chicken. I'm sure she'll suddenly remember how much she loves you.
