I think Rocco was around 5-6 months old for 99% reliable outside peeing and pooping. He's 8 months now, and he's had 2 poop inside accidents since he was neutered about 2 weeks ago. But all is normal now
. I'll still occasionally find dribble marks from his "excited dance" that lets out some pee...
