this is the way I understood the seaside site also. That those measurements were just hers to give you a general idea of what size to order. I am sooooooo looking for a female a few months old but it is so hard. I would even take an adult. I do, however, have a baby yorkie contracted which I will still get even if I do find another female. Good luck on your search. Seaside sounds fine to me.
