Find out what gas he used to put her under... you need to know so it is never used again on her. You really should take her to a specialist if you can't go to U of Tenn... dogs with Liver problems are notoriously bad with anaesthesia and a specialist will be more experienced in dealing with any problems that may arise. Your Vet is like an M.D.... a general vet to handle the day to day minor stuff.... you really need to take her to a vet that has more experience and can do complicated surgery. It would be best for your baby....
