Oh my, she is tiny. How old is she? I would wait as long as possible before having her fixed, hoping she'd gain some weight. Also, my vet advised to wait until at least 7 months for Rocco's neuter to give the baby teeth time to fall out; if some need pulling, they do it at the same time while under anesthesia.
