Yep, I use one for my smallest Biewer. He has troubles drinking out of the water dish. He drinks too fast and then has a coughing/reverse sneeze fit.
I recommend it, actually. Especially if you keep your dogs beard long. This does prevent the dreaded "wet face" kisses you get after they've had a sip of water out of the bowl.
