Lol, nah, it's really not that big of a deal. She won't be toothless. Often times an adult tooth will come in and just push the baby tooth out of the way, you'll often see 'double rows' of teeth in yorkie puppies. Jackson had this where his canines were and had to get 4 baby teeth removed during his neuter. All the other teeth, I have no clue where they went or when they fell out. He never stopped eating his crunchy food or was ever toothless. It's not like one day they just lose all 28 of their baby teeth all within the same 10 minutes lol. If she swallows them, she swallows them, you can't really prevent it. But you can spot which teeth are loose often times by playing a game of tug, etc, or even just looking in her mouth and wiggling her teeth.
