Maisie is so like my previous female Millie:

--She runs away when I open the front door (Toby doesnt)
--She sits up on the back of the chair looking out the window (Toby cant reach even though he is bigger)
--She jumps from one chair to another (Toby wouldnt even dare)
--She barks relentlessly when she sees or hears people outside or at the door (Toby gives up after a while)
--She listens at bedtime for my husband making his packed lunch for work. She know exactly which dishes sound like chicken!

Its so funny how different Maisie and Toby are, yet Maisie has the same impish ways that Millie had.
