Your poor aunt!
I, too, do not understand some people but it wasn't meant for everyone to understand each other. Maybe someday, they will have that special connection with a furbaby and then they will know what it feels like to experience such a loss. The world we live in is far from perfect and they will have to answer for their insensivity someday.
