She eats a mix of wet food and dry food right now. and she gets her teeth brushed 2 or 3 times a week! i'm on it! i also have a habit of wiping her but with baby wipes after she poops. LOL. i'm anal about her and everything for that matter being sUPER clean.
and yes, they wait until the series of shots is complete. my poor little girl looks all scruffy! i am SOO scared to trim her. i did trim a little bit of the hair around her butt, because her poop was getting caked in her fur and i couldn't have that! but even just that little but was HARD to do with her. and i'm TERRIFIED of cutting her nails! after i saw that pedi-paw commercial where it shows if you cut too deep it can hurt them, i vowed never to cut my dogs nails. i really want to cut some fur off of her feet so she has a better grip on the floor. who knows if she'll stay still long enough for me to do that.
right now miss Hazel is growling and barking at me. because i won't pick her up and bring her on the bed with me. what a brat! |
