Since YT has grown to over 60,000 members it has changed. I honestly believe that the vast majority of members here are caring, kind people who aviod being hateful or hurtful. It is sad that some forget that although you have the right to say something, it may not be the right thing to say. We all have right to free speech, but with that right comes the responsibility of how our free speech affects others.
