I don't know anything about the breeder in CA. However, I would recommend Mistibleu Yorkies in Hilton, NY that is near Rochester. They have a good breeding program and they also show dogs. Their website is yorkie puppys for sale, teacup yourkies for sales, quality breed Yorkie's for sale.
