Because they are Kooo-Kooo!
IMO, 12 weeks is the minimum. Then, I think the breeder should make the call as to if they are ready then to leave.
I have two girls. One I got from a breeder at 10 weeks and the other came from her litter at 5 weeks!
(I rehomed her)
There was a HUGE difference in them. The baby that left at 5 weeks has a ton of issues socially, eating, potty training, you name it.
