Wow, really tough. If he is safe at your brother's house and you can see him daily, I would probably opt for that. If he sees you on a daily basis, it will probably be less of an upheaval in his life. Of course, if he can get lots of attention and loving with your mom, that could be ideal too. I guess the big question is which environment is better in terms of safety and overall care? For example, will your brother be totally unaware if he gets sick or something? Or would it be better to have Boo close to where you are so that if he gets sick or lonesome, you can intervene? Also, is there any chance you could stay with your brother during this time?
