Any suggestions on what I can do to make it stand up again? Or any thoughts on why it has started to flop?

Thanks!
Go to this website, it shows you how to train ears.

Jon-An's Yorkshire Terriers (How to train Yorkies ears to stand)

Teething, growing and testicles being seated into place pull a great deal of calcium from these wee ones. You just have to keep on top of them. Trim ears once a week, keep the weight off of them. If you see the flopping; tape them.
