Its insanity, and really very scary.
Poppy is 12 weeks old and 3.5lbs, I couldn't imagine a fully grown dog weighing the same
And people like her are cashing in on it, it's disgusting.
Some idiot will look at that and automatically think because it's more expensive that smaller is better .... YEH RIGHT
