I agree the demand is there. People are seeking 'purse dogs', and a lot of people will pay a lot of money for one. I'm with Rachael on this one; as long as people will pay, breeders will price their pups at unrealistic prices; and it will have nothing to do with quality. Tiny scares me; 7 lbs. is still very small to me. People who aren't naive will see "$8,500, not including the potential vet bills associated with having a smaller dog that is more prone to accidents and may not be as healthy" IMO.
