Yep and I wonder if her parents even know she is planning on bringing a puppy home, or does she think just because its free they will be okay with it?
Like you said there are lots more to pay for and I bet it will be left to mummy and daddy to pay for it all or the poor pup will end up in a rescue.
I would love to get the things I want just given to me but thats not the way the world works.. you get nothing for free.
If you want something you have to work hard for it.
I actually really hope she IS a child because if she's not thats pretty scary.
