He didn't do anything, not really a need in our circumstances. My vet just told me to put vasoline on it if he would lick himself. He was excellent. Not a problem with him. My other dog wouldn't stop licking and it would have been a help to have a cone. They sell them at our pet supply store, so if need be, you have to get one. They shouldn't be hard to find.
