Congratulations. Sounds like she is just being a typical puppy. It sounds like she is adjusting well and already feeling comfortable with you. I would put her where ever you plan on keeping her when your not with her, like a crate or ex pen and let her calm down. You want to get her use to her sleeping area. As far as the nipping, some can be pretty nippy as puppies and what I did was, say No sternly and stop playing with her. She will settle in and have calmer periods.
