Right now the main thing to do is get him to eat... I have the most picky Yorkie even known to man kind it seems, so i understand... At 12 weeks old you dont want his blood sugar to drop... If he want to eat wet food then give him wet food... Dont let him eat cat food...
What food are you feeding him?
