| Thanks so much guys!! I knew you'd make me feel better. 
As far as not having to get boosters anymore, that's my end goal. But Chloe had only had her puppy shots and from what I understood doing research, she needs at least the first year of boosters as well in order to be fully vaccinated. Luckily, our new vet is very supportive of fewer shots for dogs so I don't think it will be an issue for us to only go for check-ups. And we did the 3 year rabies shot, so Chloe won't have to have that one as often either.
Hubby and I are so relieved to hear the knot goes away and all is well! Thanks again!!
